Email (SMTP)
Connect your mail server so e-Hansa can send on your behalf.
Under Settings → Email settings, enter your SMTP server, port, encryption, username, password and the from-name/address. Each company has its own settings, so mail goes out from the right address.
Use “Send test email” to check it works - it sends a message to your own address and reports any error from the server.
For Gmail / Google Workspace, use an app password, host smtp.gmail.com, port 587 with STARTTLS. Your password is stored securely and never shown back to you.
